Lainey Wilson Merch Bundle Sweepstakes

1. Sponsor

This Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by LDW Entertainment LLC (“Sponsor”).

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes will take place on select Chris Stapleton concert dates featuring support from Lainey Wilson, as listed below. For each applicable show date, the Sweepstakes begins at 4:00 PM Central Time (“CT”) and ends at 11:00 PM CT on that same date, unless otherwise modified by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Applicable show dates and markets:

Saturday, June 13, 2026: Tampa, FL
Saturday, June 20, 2026: Charlotte, NC
Saturday, August 1, 2026: Cincinnati, OH
Saturday, August 8, 2026: Detroit, MI
Friday, August 21, 2026: Atlanta, GA

Each applicable show date and market will have its own entry period from 4:00 PM CT to 11:00 PM CT on the date of that show. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

3. Eligibility

Open only to individuals who:

Are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry;
Are legal residents of the United States.

Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Artist, venue, tour affiliates, promotion agencies, and their immediate family/household members are not eligible to enter or win.

4. How to Enter

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible entrants may enter by texting MERCH to Lainey Wilson's Community number at (615) 240-2342 and completing any required entry steps, including submitting any requested information.

Limit: One (1) entry per person. Duplicate, automated, incomplete, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.

5. Prize

One (1) winner per applicable show date/market will receive:

One (1) Lainey Wilson merch bundle, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): up to $250.

Prize is:

Non-transferable
Not redeemable for cash
Awarded "as is"

Specific merch bundle items, sizes, colors, and availability are subject to Sponsor’s discretion and may vary by market. Sponsor does not guarantee any specific merchandise item, size, color, or style.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection

For each applicable show date/market, one (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the applicable Sweepstakes Period.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each applicable show date/market.

7. Winner Notification

The selected winner will be notified via SMS text message using the phone number submitted at the time of entry.

To claim and redeem the prize, the selected winner must respond as instructed, confirm receipt of the prize notification, confirm intent to redeem the prize, and verify eligibility if requested.

The selected winner must respond to Sponsor’s prize notification within the time period stated in the notification, or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Failure to respond within the required timeframe, verify eligibility, or otherwise comply with these Official Rules may result in forfeiture of the prize, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right to select and contact an alternate winner if necessary.

8. Prize Fulfillment

Prize fulfillment will be coordinated by Sponsor or Sponsor’s designee. Prize may be fulfilled on-site at the applicable venue or shipped to the winner after the event, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

Lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced prize materials;
Entrants who fail to properly claim the prize;
Technical or mobile carrier issues impacting redemption communications;
Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated contact information submitted by an entrant; or
Delays in prize fulfillment outside of Sponsor’s control.

9. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use winner’s name, likeness, and hometown for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to:

Cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, venue restrictions, or other factors impair integrity;
Disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules; and
Verify eligibility before awarding the prize.

11. Release of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Lainey Wilson, Chris Stapleton, venue operators, tour affiliates, promotion agencies, and affiliated entities from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of the prize.

12. Governing Law

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.
