Lainey Wilson Ticket Giveaway Sweepstakes

1. Sponsor

This Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by LDW Entertainment LLC (“Sponsor”).

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 10:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) on June 1, 2026 and ends at 6:00 PM CT on June 5, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

3. Eligibility

Open only to individuals who:

• Are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry;
• Are able to attend Lainey Wilson’s CMA Fest performance in Nashville, Tennessee on June 6, 2026.

Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Artist, venue, tour affiliates, promotion agencies, and their immediate family/household members are not eligible to enter or win.

4. How to Enter

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible entrants may enter by texting FEST to Lainey Wilson's Community number at (615) 240-2342 and completing any required entry steps, including submitting any requested information.

Limit: One (1) entry per person. Duplicate, automated, incomplete, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

One (1) pair of tickets to Lainey Wilson’s CMA Fest performance in Nashville, Tennessee on June 6, 2026.

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): up to $2,000.

Prize is:

• Non-transferable
• Not redeemable for cash
• Awarded "as is"

Prize does not include travel, transportation, lodging, parking, meals, incidental expenses, or any other costs not expressly stated in these Official Rules.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

The selected winner will be notified via SMS text message using the phone number submitted at the time of entry.

To claim and redeem the prize, the selected winner must respond as instructed, confirm receipt of the prize notification, confirm intent to redeem the prize, and verify eligibility if requested.

Failure to follow redemption instructions, respond within the required timeframe, verify eligibility, or claim the prize may result in forfeiture of the prize.

Sponsor reserves the right to select and contact an alternate winner if necessary.

8. Prize Fulfillment

Prize fulfillment will be coordinated by Sponsor or Sponsor’s designee.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced prize materials;
• Entrants who fail to properly claim the prize;
• Technical or mobile carrier issues impacting redemption communications;
• Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated contact information submitted by an entrant; or
• Any inability of the winner to redeem the Ticket Upgrade on-site during the event.

9. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use winner’s name, likeness, and hometown for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to:

• Cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, venue restrictions, or other factors impair integrity;
• Disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules; and
• Verify eligibility before awarding the prize.

11. Release of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Lainey Wilson, CMA Fest affiliates, venue operators, and affiliated entities from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of the prize.

12. Governing Law

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.
